This one came from Anish Khalid (@easy_keto_meal_), and it stopped me mid-scroll for the simplest reason: it's the rare breakfast that looks like it took real effort but doesn't. Thick sourdough toasted till deeply golden, fanned avocado, halved red and yellow cherry tomatoes, a generous crumble of salty feta, roughly chopped walnuts, and — the move that makes it Mediterranean — a slow zigzag of honey over everything. I ran the numbers and a loaded slice lands around 13 grams of protein (my estimate, not his). Ten minutes, no real cooking, and it eats like a meal.
It's the sweet-savory thing done right. The feta and flaky salt bring the savory, the honey brings the sweet, and they meet on the creamy avocado so neither one dominates. The walnuts are doing quiet work too — without them it's all soft, and the crunch is what makes you want a second slice. Toast the bread properly (deeply golden, crisp edges) and it holds up under all that weight without going soggy.
